Denver police have arrested 19-year-old Daniel Villegas on suspicion of murdering another male, who was shot and killed two days before. The suspect was identified through the use of the Aurora Police Department's automated license plate reader system to identify him. The investigation revealed that the two men were known each other and may have been involved in a dispute over money owed by the victim.
