T-Mobile has raised another key fee, despite increasing customer loyalty following several price increases. The move comes as T-Mobile's postpaid phone churn (postpaid service churn) rises to 0.93%, up from 0.86% in 2024. The company has also increased its Regulatory Programs & Telco Recovery fee, restricted its autopay discount, and increased its late fee for customers who fail to pay their bills on time. Despite this, T-MO has continued to ask customers for more money this year. This comes as more retailers have been cracking down on returns, as processing costs have become high. The carrier's decision comes amid increased competition from its top two rivals, Verizon and AT&T.
