A Marion County woman, Patricia Lynn Kirven, has been arrested on a felony charge of aggravated assault for allegedly shooting at a man returning her property. The victim had reported that he had returned the property and was leaving when Kirven stepped out of the house and fired a shot at him. During questioning, Kirven admitted to firing a warning shot at the victim. The man has filed for an order of protection against Kirven.
