The second season of Heated Rivalry, starring Shane and Ilya, creator Jacob Tierney, has been revealed that Season 2 of the series will feature more danger for the couple, set 10 years after the events of the previous book. The Long Game, the sixth book in Rachel Reid's Game Changer series, follows the couple a decade into their relationship, which is still kept a secret despite Ilya wanting to make their relationship public. Tierney noted that there is a lot of material for Season 2, suggesting the book might be split into two seasons.
