Former Masters champion Fred Couples was hit into the water twice on the 15th hole at Augusta National, causing a quadruple-bogey 9 on the par-5 15th. This was the first time since at least three scores of 9 were recorded on one hole at the Masters since 1998. Robert MacIntyre, another former Masters champion, Danny Willett, also made a 9. Bryson DeChambeau and Jon Rahm are the top two players from LIV Golf expected to contend at this year's Masters, but their main goal is not to leave. The top 10 players from the field have an average score of 75.3 and no one broke par in the field.
