After Kirk Cousins agreed to a deal with the Las Vegas Raiders, Russell Wilson and Jimmy Garoppolo are considered the top two free agents still available. Richardson, who received permission from the Indianapolis Colts to seek a trade, remains available after receiving permission from them. The Los Angeles Rams are an obvious destination for a backup quarterback. Other potential destinations include the Los Angeles Raiders, the Green Bay Packers, and the New England Patriots.
