A portion of a building in Hallandale Beach, Florida, partially collapsed, trapping two vehicles under the rubble. The incident occurred at approximately 10:50 a.m. No injuries were reported. The cause of the collapse is currently under investigation. It is unclear when or where residents will be allowed to reenter the building.
