Former Vice President Kamala Harris made a surprise visit to a Phoenix taco restaurant before her event at Arizona Financial Theatre. She was joined by Phoenix Mayor Kate Gallego and James Beard Award-winning chef Rene Andrade for dinner at Huarachis Taqueria. The restaurant remained open to the public during the visit. Harris is in town as part of her book tour for her memoir, "107 Days," which discusses challenges in her presidential campaign including pressure, strategy, and uncertainty.
