Cyclist who died after Shetland crash was 'loving husband and father'

A cyclist has died following a collision with a Ford Ranger in Shetland, named as Victor Duncan. The collision occurred on the B9074 in Trondra at around 22:00. Despite being taken to hospital, Mr. Duncan died a short time later. Police are urging anyone with information to come forward.
