A man, 36-year-old Joseph Bertolino, was arrested after allegedly attacking a Lincoln police officer in an Arby’s restroom. The incident occurred at a restaurant at South 27th Street and Nebraska Parkway. As police arrived, a struggle ensued and a round of gunfire was fired from the man's hand during the struggle. Both officers were transported to the hospital with injuries consistent with bullet fragments.
