Cameron Jernigan, 26, has been charged with making unwanted contact with a woman by spraying an unknown substance on her clothing during a shopping session at a Target on April 3. During the investigation, police also discovered that Jernig also made unwanted contacts with two other women. The women involved likely didn't notice the substance being placed on them.
