Banijay and All3Media are set to merge to create a multi-billion dollar production group, with around $6.65 billion in combined revenues based on 2024 figures. The merger comes six years after Banijay acquired Endemol Shine. All3 Media, which was bought by RedBird IMI in May 2024 for £1.15 billion, operates over 40 labels and has a significant presence in the U.K., U.S. and Germany. The combined group would also have one of the world's biggest libraries, with Banijaying Rights accounting for 220,000 hours. Banijaya Entertainment’s CEO Marco Bassetti will run the merged entity.
