Will Stone has been appointed as UCF's new place kicker, replacing Noe Ruelas who performed 88% (15 of 17) of his field goal attempts last season. Stone, who previously played as a kickoff specialist at Texas, has also found a passion for music and started DJing as a side hobby. He recently got into sound design and made remixes of different songs and played them live for the team. Stone will compete with redshirt freshman Noah McGough for the starting job. He was contacted by UCF’s special teams coordinator Pete Alamar and also connected with head coach Scott Frost. Stone expressed his excitement about the opportunity and dedication to the role.
