Senate approves Homeland Security funding, including TSA; House expected to reject

The Senate has approved a Homeland Security funding package that includes funding for the Transportation Department (TSA), a measure that could resolve a standoff that has left airport security agents unpaid for weeks. The House is expected to reject the package, but if approved, TSA agents would finally receive paid. The package does not fund ICE, which continues to receive pay through pre-approved legislation. The funding would also fund FEMA and the Coast Guard.
