A juvenile was injured after being hit by a vehicle while riding an e-motorcycle near Santee, California. The driver of the vehicle fled the scene before officers arrived. While deputies were on the scene, several other juvenile riders also fled. It is unclear if drugs or alcohol were factors in the crash.
