Rolbert Joachin, a 40-year-old Florida man, is accused of murdering a woman with a hammer outside a Fort Myers gas station convenience store. The victim was a clerk at the business and the suspect allegedly smashed a car windshield before attacking her with the hammer. After an extensive search, police captured him about a mile from the convenience store and he was taken into custody. His court appearance was postponed to Monday after his public defender requested a date change.
