Global asset manager Franklin Templeton and real-world asset tokenization firm Ondo Finance are partnering to offer tokenized versions of five of five key Franklin Temperton exchange-traded funds (ETFs) as part of a new initiative. The funds will allow those without traditional brokerage accounts to access and trade them around the clock. The initiative will also involve collaboration on educational programs to showcase how traditional investments can integrate with emerging financial ecosystems. However, access to the products is not intended for U.S. users, who are ineligible to make trades on Onde’s Global Markets platform.
