World Cup hotel bookings are far below expectations

The United States is hosting the World Cup for the first time since 1994, with high expectations. However, hotels in most of the cities hosting the event have experienced a decrease in bookings. This is due to large cancellations by FIFA and fewer international travelers than anticipated. All of these cities also host NFL teams.
