State police take 3 into custody after crash involving stolen vehicle on I-84 in West Hartford

State police have taken three people into custody following a two-vehicle crash on Interstate 84 in West Hartford, Connecticut, involving a stolen vehicle. The fourth person fled and has not been located. The crash occurred near the exit 43 ramp and left one person injured. No word on whether these individuals will face charges.
