Merrimack, Manchester Men Indicted On Intent To Distribute Charges: Hillsborough County Court Indictments

Nicholas Ardizzone, Thomas Bemis, and Daniel L. Stephen have been indicted on intent to distribute charges in Hillsborough County Court. The charges stem from a felony count of controlled drug act and four counts of possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribution. Other charges include crack cocaine (over 5 grams), fentanyl (over more than 5 grams) and tramadol (less than 1 gram). Bemis was previously convicted of controlled drugs: control premises where drugs are kept in Merrimack District Court in November 2024. Christopher Jovan Spencer, Daniel L., Daniel Stephen, and Seth Stephens have all been charged with armed career criminal, possession of controlled cocaine-cocaine, and drug possession with intent distribution.
