Jersey's inflation rate is 2.7%, a decrease on the last quarter

The retail price index (RPI) in Jersey increased by 2.7% in the last year, a decrease from the previous quarter of 2.8%, and an 8.6% increase in the price of alcoholic drinks. The price of heating oil and other fuels also increased by 31.9% due to the impact of the Middle East war. The overall RPI increased by 1.5% on a quarterly basis.
