Astros option Arrighetti, give McCullers fifth rotation spot

The Houston Astros have sent right-hander Spencer Arrighetti to Triple-A Sugar Land, giving him the fifth spot in their starting rotation. This move aligns with the intention of moving to a six-man rotation once the season begins. The move could potentially allow Arighetti to be inserted into the rotation in mid-April.
