Blake Lively claims that Justin Baldoni and Wayfarer Productions' alleged "mean girl" smear campaign has cost her almost $300 million in lost profits and potential income. The actress claims that Baldoni used the phrases "tone deaf,’bully, and and'mean girl' in an effort to damage her reputation. Lively's expert, Dr. Ashlee Humphreys, stated that her estimated damages equal somewhere between $34.3 million and $87.8 million. She also alleges that her companies, Betty Booze and Blake Brown, suffered losses between $39.6 million and €143.5 million in profits due to the legal battle. Despite a judge dismissing 10 of Lively’s claims, the pair are set to go to trial over the remaining three remaining claims.
