Brian Littrell, a member of the Backstreet Boys, appears to use a homophobic slur towards a beachgoer in a newly released video from a civil complaint he filed against his neighbor, Kyle Gallagher, in Walton County, Florida. The video, obtained by local outlet WMBB, shows the confrontation between Littrel and Gallagher, who appears to claim that Lettrell grabbed his phone and began filming himself with Gallagher. Littarrell attempted to use the video to press battery charges against Gallagher, but prosecutors declined this after seeing the video supporting Gallagher's version of events. Lettrel had previously accused Gallagher of trespassing on their home seven times and had called 911 following the incident.
