34-year-old Westchester man, Michael Giannetta, has pleaded guilty to two felony counts of promoting an obscene sexual performance by a child. Prosecutors allege that around Jan. 2021 and Nov. 2023, Gianneta promoted a video file showing an apparent child engaging in sexual conduct by sharing it with another user of the social media application Kik. The case was investigated by the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force and New York State Police.
