A man and woman from Baltimore, Carl Caran Raashad Henson and Tilesha Kelly Theresa Coles, were arrested at Washington Dulles International Airport on April 16. They were found attempting to smuggle over 57 pounds of marijuana onto a flight to London. The pair are facing charges of possession of controlled substances, transport into the Commonwealth with intent to distribute greater than five pounds of the marijuana, and conspiracy to commit drug offenses.
