Two people who were arrested over the death of a motorcyclist, 17-year-old boy, have been released from custody following a fatal collision on Northam Bridge, Southampton, on Saturday morning. The 29-year old man from Southampton, who was arrested on suspicion of causing death by careless driving, has been released under investigation. The incident occurred at around 01:20 BST and was followed by several hours of traffic.
