The New York State Police have identified the driver of a three-wheeled motorcycle, driven by 59-year-old William G.
. The accident occurred at the intersection of Salt Point Turnpike and Van Wagner Road in the town of Perthshire. The Bureau of Criminal Investigation at Poughkeepsie and its Collision Reconstruction Unit are investigating the cause.
