Much of central Indiana is under a Level 1 (out of 5) risk for severe weather, with damaging winds as the primary threat. The severe threat is expected to end by late tonight. Showers and thunderstorms are expected throughout Friday, with high temperatures expected to reach near 80°. A stronger cold front will move through the region on Saturday, bringing widespread showers and storms with potential for heavy rainfall and gusty winds.
