Man arrested in Ellsworth after leaving flaming vehicle accident

A vehicle accident in Ellsworth County led to the arrest of a man who ran into a concrete guardrail and landed 200 feet away. The driver was found about half a mile away from the accident and has been charged with leaving the scene and failing to report a motor vehicle accident. The incident caused significant damage to the vehicle and the bridge.
