The Belarusian parliament has passed a bill to criminalize the promotion of gender ideology, pedophilia, and childlessness, similar to the laws of its neighboring countries. The legislation has been approved by the upper house and is expected to be signed by Belarusian President Alexander Lukashen. The country has not yet recognized gay marriage.
