NASA is preparing for the first crewed moon mission since the Apollo era, Artemis 2, with a scheduled launch on April 1. The mission will take four astronauts around the moon for a 10-day trip, the first for NASA's (SLS) rocket and capsule, and the first human spaceflight mission for the SLS since 1972. However, several hurdles have delayed the launch, including a leak detected during the mission's first attempt at a wet dress rehearsal (WDR) and an interruption in the flow of helium to the Saturn Saturn rocket's upper stage. If the mission cannot get off the ground, there are still options for each day through April 6.
