Plans to convert a workshop building into a sports and wellbeing hub in Melton, Leicestershire have been approved by the local council. The building will include six padel courts, a pilates and yoga studio, a wellness clinic, and a coffee shop. The applicant, Obstrat, stated that the hub would enhance the attractiveness, competitiveness and long-term resilience of the Pera Business Park. The workshop was most recently used as a recycling pilot plant and is in need of investment.
