The college identified him as a College and Career Navigator who worked with students at Wauconda High School. The charges stem from an investigation into alleged inappropriate conduct involving staff members and students. After completing a standard background check prior to being hired, the college has temporarily halted in-person college and career navigation services at high schools and is reviewing potential gaps in its screening processes.
