Notre Dame College gets $7.5 million offer as auction set for May

Notre Dame College's campus in South Euclid, Ohio, could be sold for at least $7.5 million at an auction set for May 7. The potential buyers, "stalking horse bidders" listed as Seven Wells LLC and Yeshiva Derech Hatorah, are Bank of America’s chosen as "stalk horse biders" who set the floor for the auction. If successful, Seven Wells would own the majority of the campus, while Yeshivas Dereech Hatora owns the former Regina High School that Notre Dame College bought in 2011 for $2.2 million. The college shuttered in 2024 and went into foreclosure the following year after defaulting on $20 million in bonds. The remaining debt is estimated at $17.8 million.
