Musical 'Newsies' To Be Performed At Coleytown Middle School This Month

The Coleytown Company will perform the musical "Newsies" at Coleystown Middle School on March 27 and 29. The production is inspired by historical events, including the 1899 Newsboys’ Strike against publisher Joseph Pulitzer. The director, Ben Frimmer, said the production highlights themes of collective action and representation. The performances are set to take place at the school.
