Joliet White Castle Faces Civil Lawsuit From Rathbun, Cservenyak & Kozol: Plaintiffs Seek $50,000 Or Greater

The lawsuit is filed by the Joliet law firm of Rathbun, Cservenyak & Kozol against the Wilshire White Castle fast-food restaurant, seeking $50,000 or $100,000 in damages. The lawsuit alleges that Kyle Lynn Webb-Massey was patrolling the premises when she tripped and fell due to an unreasonable risk of injury, causing severe injuries both external and internal. The plaintiffs accuse White Castle of several instances of negligence, including allowing or allowing an uneven sidewalk/widowow.
