Little Europe, a new mini-market concept, has opened at Sawmill Market in Albuquerque, offering an entirely nonalcoholic selection of food and beverages. The concept was developed by Vincenzo Brigante and his partners at local hospitality group Eternal Investments and Heritage. Little Europe offers traditional European entrees, including chicken schnitzel, spaghetti pomodoro and bangers and mash, and a selection of non-alcoholic beverages. Jim Long, founder and CEO of Sawmill Cos., Sawmill’s owner, hailed the addition of Little Europe as an extraordinary dining destination for Albuquerque. The space and concept have been well received by the community and Brigante plans to continue expanding the business.
