A sheriff's deputy, Travis Reynolds, has been fired and charged with kidnapping for allegedly refusing to let an arrested woman out of his car and offering to help her case in exchange for sex. The victim claims that Reynolds commented about her being physically attractive and offered to take her to a hotel where the pair could have sex. Reynolds allegedly kept the victim in the car and only got out to move the victim's handcuffs to the front of her body instead of the back. The entire ordeal lasted approximately an hour and 40 minutes, according to surveillance cameras reviewed by authorities. When confronted, Reynolds said he may have shown the woman sexually explicit videos and may have asked her to have sex with him in a hotel.
