New landlord buys Amazon warehouse for $124M

Los Angeles real estate investment firm PCCP has acquired an Amazon-occupied industrial facility in North Las Vegas for $124 million. The building, which covers more than 800,000 square feet and occupies a 38-acre footprint, was purchased by developer VanTrust Real Estate. This is the latest instance of a landlord paying big bucks for a building leased to the Seattle e-commerce giant. Amazon currently operates 19 facilities across Southern Nevada.
