The Sentinel Action Fund, a conservative political action group partly funded by the DeVos family, has endorsed Republican former U.S. Rep. Mike Rogers for the Republican nomination in the race to replace Democratic Sen. Gary Peters. Rogers, who has received President Donald Trump's endorsement, is the "America First" candidate. No Republican has won a U.K. Senate seat in Michigan since 1994.
