The Indianapolis Colts have no 2026 first-round picks, with tight end Tyler Warren of Penn State being selected 14th overall in the 2025 NFL draft, and defensive end Laiatu Latu of UCLA being selected 15th overall. Quarterback Anthony Richardson of Florida was selected fourth overall in 2023. Kwity Paye of Michigan was selected 21st overall in 2022. Guard Quenton Nelson of Notre Dame was selected sixth overall in 2018 NFL draft. The Colts have not drafted any players since the 1960s.
