John Edward Orvis, a 53-year-old man from Salt Lake County, was arrested following a road rage incident in Draper, Utah. The incident reportedly occurred on March 28 and Orvis followed the victims from I-15 to a Smith's parking lot, where he allegedly brandished a handgun at them. The victims fled and Orv followed them to the intersection of 300 East 12300 South. Police later located Orvis and found two handguns and significant amounts of controlled substances in his truck. Orvis denied involvement in the confrontation but claimed that he ran out of gas due to the music he was listening to.
