Sixers head coach Nick Nurse is away from the team ahead of Game 2 of its second-round playoff series against the Knicks due to the funeral of his brother Steve, who died the day before the Sixers' Game 6 win over the Boston Celtics. The cause of Steve's death was not disclosed. Nick is expected to rejoin the team for Game 2 on Wednesday night at Madison Square Garden.
