Downtown Indianapolis shooting leaves 1 injured, 2 detained

A shooting in downtown Indianapolis left one person injured and two others detained. The incident occurred before 3 a.m. on Friday. Police believe the shooting was a targeted attack and there is no imminent danger to the public. The suspects are yet to be identified.
