Lawyers want CSI-style forensic testing of Tony Hsieh’s will

Attorneys for late tech mogul Tony Hsieh's father, Richard Hsuh, are seeking court approval for "semi-destructive" testing of the ink and paper in his purported last will and testament. This testing will determine if the will was signed around the time listed on the document, or if it was signed later. The testing will also determine who made the ink, when it was manufactured, and how long it has been on a document. Lawyers for the late tech entrepreneur have alleged that the will is a forgery and that the signatures of key witnesses who signed the document do not exist exist. The bizarre nature of the will and its contents has not been disclosed.
