Family members of 27-year-old brother-in-law, Steven Cullen, have offered to forgive the driver who was arrested for a deadly motorcycle crash that killed Cullen. The driver, Nathan Meyer, 25, from Warner Robins, hit Cullen while driving a Dodge Ram pickup. Cullen, a father of three, was killed in the early hours of Tuesday morning. His family is raising money for funeral expenses on GoFundMe and expressing their forgiveness for the man arrested and facing charges for Cullen's death. The incident occurred around 7 a.m.
