The fifth season of the popular television show, Bridgerton, will take a two-year time-jump, taking us from Lord John Stirling's death at the end of season four to the point where widow Francesca Bridgerterton is considering entering the marriage mart again. The new season will focus on Francesca and Michaela, played by Hannah Dodd, who are both 30 and 30 respectively. Other characters currently being watched closely by fans include Eloise, Gregory and Hyacinth, all currently unmarried. The ages of these characters have been compared to the ages of the characters in the show's first season and second season respectively.
