South Africa's Constitutional Court has ruled that the country's parliament violated the constitution by blocking impeachment proceedings for the sake of President Cyril Ramaphosa. The ruling came after a legal challenge by opposition parties. The allegations stem from a $500,000 stolen from Ramaphos' home, which led to allegations that he had not accounted for the money.
