A Hollywood couple, Anfernee Watts and Crystal Garcia, have been charged with aggravated manslaughter after their 3-week-old son's death was ruled a homicide by the Broward County Medical Examiner's Office. Both parents are being held at Broward county Jail without bond. The charges stem from child neglect, tampering with or falsifying physical evidence, failure to report a death to the medical examiner and providing false information to law enforcement.
